Hmm I had seen it before but never looked closely at the features; I thought it was primarily for drawing but it looks like it has what I want! Thanks!

EDIT: WOW, pocket artist really is what I was looking for. AMAZINGLY full-featured. Can't really handle TOO much manipulation of full-size TP camera photos, but it could work in a pinch. With smaller images, great stuff. So worth the price.
