AHHH help :( can't connect to vision

called tech support and went through all their steps.


it keeps saying incorrect user name and password when it's connecting to provisioning. After calling in like 4 times and getting told to do the same exact steps finally they created a ticket for "engineers to research". So frustrating.

Please tell me someone else is having this issue and resolved it???

With this and the memory problems people are talking about I'm scared to keep this thing
