Replacement TP coming from Sprint in two weeks. Has anyone had to wait this long for a replacement? Does anyone know if the phone problems have been fixed?

Doesnt do me any good to get another trouble phone. I plan on geting invisishield and I dont want to have to remove it because i have issues with the replacement phone.
