I doubt you'll find it, this is one of Palm's customizations and every time one is extracted and made public Palm sends a nice Cease & Desist notice to the website hosting it.
I have not heard of that specific portion of the 700w/wx being extracted, you may want to check the forums over at XDA Developer to see if they got it out of the Treo 750, however, I know they had extracted the Photo Speed Dial pluging and Palm asked them to remove it. Same way we got asked to remove the Palm SMS thread app.
