No at the current time that switch is not re-assignable. It remains to be determined if it is a physical switch (actually cuts the communication with the wifi chip) or if it's a "virtual" switch that is controlled by the OS. If the latter then it should be possible to control the function of the switch with an app like AEButtonPlus. My hunch is that it's a physical switch though so don't get your hopes up
