Currently, I have the account set up on my phone, but I have to press the send/receive button every time I want to know if I have new mail. This gets very tedious, so I am wanting to know if there is an easier way.

Thanks.
Go to Start > Programs > ActiveSync > Menu > Schedule

That is where you set it to manually, as mail arrives, or every X amount of min.
