I've tried the Sprint fix posted here, but the registry parameters are completely different for the Fuze, and not working.
I also tried the Cellular Modem app under the Connections tab, but that didn't work either.
Help?

I would try wmwifirouter on it also you should proally try a custom rom on there and check out xda-developers they are more tuned towards gsm devices. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=443265 is a link to a good one you can try on your fuze
