If you have a custom rom, you will want to go back to stock and go back to the standard boot loader. Right now, there is not a way to do this because there is not a stock ROM that will work with the standard boot loader. Once Sprint/HTC releases the 1st official ROM update, you can simply flash using it.

You can still get service with a non-stock ROM or bootloader, but its best to play it safe so they have no reason to reject your request.
