I'm not sure, but if you do go into a store, make no mention of sero and go to a different one than last time. I'm on sero and just did an even trade in store for a new diamond, which I realize is a little different than your situation, but they didn't give me a problem nor did "sero" ever come up. I'd just try the store option first, and email ecare as a second choice.
