So I Add Key and press the home button. It registers it as 00E9. And I assign it to bring down the Start menu.
After I do that, it only works when i'm NOT in home screen. For example, if i'm using file explorer and press the home button, the Start menu appears. But when i'm at home screen, it doesn't do anything.
