This just forces you to do it manually. If you want to install the sprint clock again (assuming your with sprint), download and drop the files in your windows directory, and if you want to have another clock, do the same with another set of files or it should install by cab w/restarting.
go to the following to get the sprint clock back, and make sure you have sprintflipclock cab installed
