1. too early to tell but should be slightly better than the diamond.
2. great since the device is faster overall and the screens resolution is much improved over the 6800
3.very nice on the opera browser (same as on the diamond)
4.no it does not. i have wifi running now and its warm but no where near what the diamond was getting...
