For the temp adjustment the phone would have to have the heat plate added, also the heat issue will also cause the phone not to charge due to the battery has to be under 141 degress F or they will not charge. For the reg fix we are still currently working on that due to 19 programs were set to always updates along with the radio and GPS and there conflicting and keep refreshing at two high of a refresh rate.
