Dude i'm in the same damn situation. I'm on my 3rd mogul in EIGHT days!!

The first Mogul I had worked great. But these replacements they keep sending me there's just one issue after another

The first one they sent, the function key didn't work

Second keyboard was unresponsive. I would have to press extra hard and then the letter would repeat itself or still not pick up

The third replacement's screen seems to be acting up. The very center of the screen is unresponsive and i have to press extra hard.

I'm going to a store in a couple of weeks and i'm raising hell till I get something different. They don't have to give it to me for free, but I would definitely need a discount on anything I were to get
