RotateScreen:
Put this in your windows start menu folder and you will be abel to access rotate screen anywhere, and you can get it in the start/settings/buttons menu to .Hope that Helps.

P.S. Here is a update thanks to (Major Nate) :
(Allright, I added that exe file to a CAB file to make it easier to install. All you have to do is install the CAB file, then go to Start->Settings. Then under the Personal tab, click Menus. Uncheck one item, then check the RotateScreen item. It will now be on your start menu.)
