Note: Be sure you've also install .NET Framework 3.5 using the link on the download page
1. Open Advanced Configuration
2. Navigate to Phone and Expand
3. Select "Phone Skin"
4. Change to "Disabled"
5. Hit Done
6. Soft Reset
There you go.
