Im sure theres a thread on this somewhere, and if I can be directed to it, Ill gladly go read, but I could not find it with a search.

Ive been having problems with ICS in that after a little while, it just disconnects for no apparent reason. Theres activity on the connection, but poof, suddenly no connection.

This happens with both USB and Bluetooth.
