In bootloader mode it is easy to fix compared to other phones but I've noticed this phone doesn't like being dropped. The physical surface may not look like it but something comes loose inside IMO and I have gone through 2 Moguls that they locked up on me after dropping them I believe. I can only get it fixed by getting a new one.
Moral of the story: Don't drop your phone.
