I had that same issue with my VZW 700WX, though not with the same frequency you've reported. A soft reset would take care of the issue temporarily, but ultimately it was a custom ROM flash that did the trick. It was Landon.Epps Custom ROM (Verizonized). I don't think that particular one will work for you, as it's a WM5 ROM, but you might try looking for something WM6 based.
