Ya I think its the device also. LA without data for 4 hours is bad. My main reason for saying that is it started when you switched devices. (6700/6800)
Have you Dialed ##data# (##3282#) and checked that the user name was right? (youremail@sprintpcs.com)
Also launch your dial pad and go to "Menu - Options - Services Tab - Internet - Get Settings" then press start to initiate custom NAI. You should see it do a IOTA update.
