UPDATE:i installed a arcsoft 5.0.31.19 to sync with verizons network. I then went in to the phones registry & deleted the HKLM/software/arcsoft file. I then installed 5.0.31.25 & soft started. If you go in to settings under mms you can adjust your settings to receive 399kb. I know have video & picture messaging with sound file.....also has a slide show to add multiple pictures..............I just thought i would share that with the group.
