It might be possible. You need to open a port on your home firewall/router and probably setup port forwarding at home. In order for your Treo to connect to your PC by name, it needs a host file. You can DL Pocket Hosts and add the hostname and IP on your device. I would have to assume that the device would have to be partnered via AS first, before you try it out.
