I didn't have the same problems. If you want the Sprint TV app, your gonna have to let the customizations run, click the icon in programs. From there you download it to the phone. I saved it to the card then did a hard reset followed by a soft reset to stop the customization. Installed Sprint TV from the card and voila. Also you will have to dig into windows file to dig out the nav. Its there and you dont do anything special, just point and click. Wheres all the hoopla. Am I the only one glad to see the update. Still no MMS which really tans my hide.
