They have completely free java games, all you have to do is make a free account so they can monitor your maximum of 30 downloads per day.

On the left side of the screen there is a tab for "Free Mobile Games"

Then you can choose 240x320

Of course you have to have a JVM like Esmertec's JBED, PM me if you need me to send you a .cab of it.
