So, I have a Palm messaging app on my 700wx and my friend wanted it on her moto Q. Long story short, i installed the cab file, and it won't work right. I tried unistalling the program, and deleting all the program files, but it still shows up whenever you try to check the text messages. I was wondering how to get rid of it without hard reseting the phone. If that's my only option, then i'll have to, but any other ways around it would be much appreciated. Thanks.
