So do we have to buy new device to take advantage of this 4G technologies when it rolls out? Seems like these new devices will be manufactured by Samsung and Motorola. So is HTC will be excluded from this bucket? If it does, we might not see another HTC Appache coming our way. Anyone has any inside info about this?
