A:That's VistaHide Battery Guage, delete it from \windows\startup

A:because it's the free version, minor issue...if you don't want AEBPlus, delete it from \windows\startup
Q:Why is my battery draining so fast?
A:Either disable GPS-Today, or configure so that it doesnt auto-lock

"TBOpt"=3 gives you both time & date
"TBOpt"=2 gives you just the date
"TBOpt"=1 gives you just the time
"TBOpt"=0 gives you neither time nor date, but covers the signal icon halfway

For anyone not on Sprint there's a couple of things I recommend.
1. Delete \Program Files\IOTA to get rid of the Sprint 'Over the Air' provisioning.
2. Change the default data connection to whatever yours is. Telecom NZ requires a username and password.
3. Remove the Sprint Startup Animation by using a registry editor change dword: HKLM\Software\HTC\StartupAnimation\Enabled from 1 to 0
4. Delete \Program Files\Sprint TV and TeleNav and their links on the Start Menu from \Windows\Start Menu\Programs
5. Delete all the auto start stuff you don't want from \Windows\StartUp
