When you flash, select the Unlock EXT ROM. Use the file explorer, select all, delete. Poof! almost 10M of EXTra storage! The cool thing is that the EXT ROM and contents don't get overwritten if you do a hard reset. The bad thing is that unhidden, it becomes the default storage for email attachments.
