Anybody have any experience with RAM mounts for the 6800?

specifically I want to know if
1 - is the generic holder the best or is there a holder that while not made for the 6800 works better like
this or
this?
2 - does the generic holder allow for both portrait / land scape
3 - does the generic holder have room for a charger while being held? They imply that it works but it looks like it might be close in this
