I would just use WMWifiRouter and then connect my laptop to the phone as an access point. If your laptop does not have a wifi adapter, you can either do a few hacks listed on this site (too lazy to look up the post right now) or shell out a few bucks and buy PDANet or USB Modem and those will allow you to use your phone as a USB modem. Not sure if you can use it as a bridge to another wifi router though. I would imagine you could do it with the second solution I listed.
