Hello, I was able to update my 6700 works great, now I upgrade to 6800. Try to update my new 6800 but I am getting communication error. I am using same PC, same usb port, same active synch from my previous update. I was able to synch my new 6800, I had disable my firewall but no luck with my update, i had tried both images, any suggestion?
