Ok I have forgotten how to get the following to work so I am asking you gurus for a quick answer to the following:

How can I build my ROM without selecting the Ext ROM Unlocker, and still see cabs on the ext rom to install via Tier Autoinstall? Without the unlocker the ext rom is not seen by Tier Autoinstall and thus cannot install those cabs.
