caller hears a beep when you are in a call

For years Verizon has had what I call a feature, and I guess some call a privacy issue.

The caller hears a beep (in the end of the ring) when you are in a call, that way they know you are in a call, and don't try to call you back 43 times thinking your phone is not by you, or silenced.

I love this feature and have come to rely on it.

Verizon has now disabled the "feature" and will not be bringing it back.

***Does ANY OTHER PROVIDER offer this feature?***

It is NOT a "ring-back tone" as we know it, yet it is called that by Verizon customer service.
