i have never had this problem.. check out pocketmax.net support forums under the beta section as 1.6 beta was released today and is supposedly more customizable i have installed it but havent played with it much at all as im in class.
anyways there really isnt nething to my knowledge of a program better than PA. you can customize your alerts just play around with the settings, if u want somthing to be added put it in the future request list on the PA forum.
hope 1.6 fixes ur problems
