I'm having multiple "cannot connect" problems as well. Also, my Sprint Q just locks up every other day or so (Agenda One the only 3rd party sw on my device). The Sprint Q needs an update in a bad way.
Some have had success with a replacement. That makes me think we have a bad batch of Q's or something. I'm going to request a replacement and hope for a firmware upgrade!!
