You don't need the SPC... you need the MSL, which for all Verizon phones is six zeros (000000)

Edit: And technically you can look up the SPC and MSL yourself using BitPim and those drivers your posted. Just look in nvm for nvm_security. The first number is your MSL, second is the OTKSL/SPC.

Keep in mind though that if you ever do a master reset (not a hard reset) your MSL and SPC will revert to the original ones. I have not figured out where that data is backed up on the phone, but apparently it is.
