Pertaining to video recording on the 700wx, does anyone know a way to up the FPS from 15 to 30 so the video doesn't look so choppy?

Also, when I open Pictures & Videos, it automatically goes to the device default. But I have the device configed to save pics & vids to the SD card. Is there a way to make it open to that folder by default?
