Hi,
I have 1.9.1 installed but it says "
No Device Detected. Push OK to continue."
I followed the recommended steps on FAQ "
Q. My phone wont connect?" These steps did not help.
I therefore downloaded 1.9.2 but when attempting to install I get the error message "
Unable to install because a newer version of this product is already installed."
Please advise.
