I went into my local Sprint store and replaced a non-working TP2 with a refurbished one under their extended protection plan. By the time I returned home the screen was falling off so returned the next day and really complained to the manager. After I suggested it he ordered me an Arrive as an accommodation for having to return and wasting my time with a refurbished phone that was
not inspected beforehand.
They did raise my monthly plan by $10 which i couldn't avoid.
