Re: Otterbox Defender Defect?

Mine finally tore off yesterday so I opened a warranty support ticket with Otterbox. All they asked for was a pic of the defective item and a paper with my name and date to verify it was legit. Got an email last night confirming that they are shipping me a new silicon cover.
