Am it does say HTC innovation on the battery tho. The phone itself looks real, like tilts, moves etc. The box is not what this phone should be in, its all black with a HTC logo on it, and it shouldn't be like that. You can google it. Am I also read the reviews about the seller and they're not good. Everyone says that the seller cheated them by sending him the broken phone back and never getting refund. Am some say that the phone break down in like 4-5 months... And now i contacted him about the faulty charger and he offered me few options like refund, exchange, new charger. What should i do?
