I'm looking for Windows Mobile phones that have this feature... The faster processor the better as well as the bigger the screen inches wise, not resolution... I already know of a rare Touch Pro2 that does this and a few off brand Chinese phones that have it.
But are there any others?

For others looking for the samething... The off brand ones are G7 when searchin be sure to use the phrase Windows Mobile G7, otherwise the HTC G7 will show up: Here it is -

As far as the HTC It's called the MDA Vario V or Rhodium 100 or T7373 a ton of these show up on eBay but don't say anything about Dual, Front/Back or VGA Camera's just the normal 3MP Camera on the back, so IDK If it's due to uninformed sellers or a whole different model with the same M#.
Okay starting old school here... I just discovered the HTC TyTN II P4550 has a front and back webcam too, but only a 400Mhz processor and a 2.8" screen, the Sony Xperia's x2/i/a's (All 3) have this too and a 520Mhz processor, all of these also have Android development as well, the Sony Experia is by far a lot bigger though in screen size at 4.3"'s. The Samsung B7350 (2.6") and a 600Mhz processor.
Now onto faster processors following models of Samsung i8000 (4.6"), B7610 (4.4"), B7620 (4.6") all with a processor speed of 800Mhz
