So im looking for a new phone Ive been looking at htc androids

I previously had an htc touch pro 2, the more I used it more I flashed new roms the slower it ended up getting and it ended up freezing so bad every time it would be used

I want to know which htc android has the best roms and most frequent development going on

I am looking to play old school emulators with a hard keypad also,

are there any hard keypad phones out right now being developed on?

maybe capable of playing psx or n64 emus in the future?

also I am looking for the cheapest carrier thanks
