if ur using the original i thin it comes w nubercoder kernel ... try using IAP_EI22 _Samurai kernel 1.2.1 very stable and performance worthy ...

see if this fixes anything, wipe both cacHe & install if ur on any version of CWM .. if ur using the ACS recovery 1.0.0.5 then just theme wipe & install ... from reports better update ur CLOCK WORK MOD ( CWM )
