I got a modded kernel, I want to replace it with another modded kernel. Just Odin it?

Whats the difference between using clockwork mod and using Odin?

Already getting LOS on a modded kernel E60Plus+ want to flash back to a stock or another modded kernel with less LOS.

Any ideas????
