Nope,

If you know anything about Cotulla then you know it's not fake.

He single handedly wrote a custom bootloader for the HD2, ported WP7 to the HD2 with 99% of stuff working, wrote HSPL for the HD2 (multiple versions), wrote a custom bootloader for the TP2, and successfully got the Android kernel working on a snapdragon device (that didn't ship with Android).

The screenshot of the the RSPL hack on the HD7 is real. Once you hack the bootloader of a WP7 device, porting Android isn't that hard, especially since it has almost identical hardware to the HD2.

I wouldn't be surprised to see WP7 devices dual-booting Android soon.
