hello
I'm wanting to learn how to make my own lockscreens (from scratch) for windows mobile's with vga screens
OR
how to be able to port wvga lockscreens to vga resolution,
I'm wondering what I need to know in order to do this? any scripting languages I need to be familiar with? etc..
I just need a starting point of some sort.. I've been googling but it looks like i've been searching the wrong thing because I haven't found much..
I hate being a noob x_x
