Wirelessly posted (HTC Touch Pro2 (Sprint): Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 2.2.1; en-us; SPH-D700 Build/FROYO) AppleWebKit/533.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/533.1)

I haven't found any DEDICATED GPS apps for Android that do truck routing, and I've found many standalone GPS units made for trucks still miss a lot of weight/truck-restricted roads here in PA.

The good news is that both Google Navigation and TeleNav have done a good job for me of rerouting me should I come across such roads.

My advice: Stick with the free stuff, save your money, and just keep your eyes open behind that big wheel and have a good sense of direction.

My advice comes from 13 years in Logistics - the majority of those as a driver.
