Edit: I'm with you a 100%. I tried to ingore the reception issues and put my faith in a ota. But the fact is my 30 day clock is coming ahead. I'm thinking about exchanging to motorola xoom tablet and call it a day. I love my nexus s 4g, it a phone I can keep for a 12 months or more and that's rare for me.

I'm calling sprint soon for a exchange my 1st.
