All if you have a 32bit windows system then use these drivers:

To use these drivers power off phone then hold the camera button down and plug in phone...When you are prompt for the drivers point it to the ones provided.
If can't get that to work then connect it in PC Mode and use HW Virtual Serial Port and connect it like you would the Droid 1.
For that you can use the regular Motorola drivers the Moto site.
